A group of students from ECE, 1st Year have successfully presented a paper in an internationally reputed conference (TENSYMP 2019, The IEEE Region 10 Symposium, IEEE Conference Record# 46218) on 07-06-2019 at Biswa Bangla Convention Centre, Newtown, Kolkata, India. The students have received enormous encouragement from the session chair and other national and international dignitaries. The students have presented two papers:
1. A UWB Antenna with Bandwidth Enhancement for 5G, IoT, USB-dongle and UWB wireless applications.
2. Study of β, ρ and Q0 parameters for Shortest Path Estimation using Ant Colony Optimization
This is a remarkable achievement for the associated department, the supervising faculty members and the entire school of Engineering and Technology.
The first paper (A UWB Antenna with Bandwidth Enhancement for 5G, IoT, USB-dongle and UWB wireless applications) was supervised by Prof. Jeet Banerjee, from the department of ECE.
The second paper was co-authored by students from 1st year , 2nd Year and 3rd Year students (Tanmay Chakraborty, Sagnik Chakrabarti and Bikramjit Hazra) from the department of ECE.
The students have acknowledged the support received from the Hon. Chancellor, Hon. VC and the entire Adamas family for providing a scope and an international platform to showcase their research potential.
