The student can choose a regular B. Tech degree (in ECE with duration of 4 years) (AICTE Approved). This includes minor and major projects (Capstone Project as well as courses on Emotional Quotient & Design). The program possesses a total credit of 165 covering all major subjects for GATE like Semiconductor Devices, Analog Electronic Circuits, Signals and Networks, Electromagnetic Fields, Digital Electronics, Communication system-I, DSP, Microprocessor and Microcontrollers and associated lab (in the second year). In the pre-final year and final year courses like Communication Systems-II, VLSI System Design, Embedded System Design, Control system, Microwave Engineering, and a bundle of elective courses are offered.
