Dr. T. Senthil Vadivel was born on 16, April 1979 at Erode, Tamilnadu, India. He received his Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore in 2000. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Construction Engineering and Management at SASTRA University, Thanjavur in 2004 and his doctoral degree in Civil Engineering under Anna University, Chennai in 2013. Driven by the passion towards management, he equipped himself with two Master’s Degrees in Business Management in 2011 and 2016. Further he has been awarded with M.S. Degree in Counseling and Psychotherapy with IBMS, Chittoor under Open University of Sri Lanka to enhance his behavioural management skills and currently working as Professor & Head in Civil Engineering in Adamas University, Barasat, Kolkata.
He has published 8 Patents, 35 reputed/indexed International Journals, more than 80 National and International Conferences and presented more than 100 invited and guest talks in diversified areas of Engineering and Technology. He has organized more than 50 Sponsored National/International Conferences, FDPs, Workshops, Seminars, Hands-on Training Programmes and Webinars. He is a renowned Editor and Editorial/Advisory Board Member and Reviewer for many Prestigious Journals and Conferences of national and international repute. He is the Life Member of different Professional bodies like ISTE, ISRD, IAETSD, ISAC, IRED, IAENG, GAP, REDINNO and ASCE. He received many awards and accolades for his contribution in Engineering Education and Research.
